Dr Stephen McLaughlin CEng MIET MCMI
Stephen McLaughlin (BEng(Hons), MSc (IT), MBA, Ph.D.) brings over 15 years management experience to the partnership. Experience he has gained in a variety of industries; both in the public and private sector. These include IBM and the UK Ministry of Defence. Stephen has successfully held senior management roles that have included project management, supply chain management, people management and organizational development.
Stephen’s main business focus is on improving operational and organizational performance within complex organizations. Stephen believes that in order to drive improved and continuous performance within a dynamic and complex business environment an holistic view to what enables and inhibits performance must be developed. This approach takes into consideration project management, process and operational performance management, change management, social networking, and knowledge management.
Stephen also holds a Research Fellowship position with Glasgow University and lectures MBA and postgraduate business students on managing complex change, knowledge management, and understanding the impact of social networks in complex organizations.
Edward Hosey MBA CIPD MCMI
Edward is a senior HR business change expert with a strong background in project management using prince methodology. He has held leadership roles in both the Public and Private sector and throughout his career, he has built up an extensive experience in the area of Industrial Relations working alongside Trade Unions and Workers Councils and more recently within the area of developing partnerships. Edward also has significant experience across a range of organisations in both public and private sector providing support in facilitation, mediation and negotiation, and training.
Edward’s main business focus is on helping organizations improve operational performance through the development of efficient and flexible HR strategies. This approach takes into consideration HR policy development, organizational change and development, change management, and professional training.
