Change Management

Change is an inevitable part of organizational life. When assessing the need for, and impact of change within an organization we focus on both the complex and systems aspects of change.  In order to do this we can provide a range of services as outlined below:

Change Agent / Project Management (CME01) – We can provide a Change Management Professional to act as a change agent within your organization. This individual will have extensive experience in managing complex and hard change projects across complex organizations.

Change Impact Audit (CME02)– How will identified change impact your organization? We can provide a detailed audit which can assess the potential impact of your change programme. Depending on the main focus of the change (complex or hard) the audit will provide the organization with a clearer perspective on the risks and benefits associated with the desired change.

Stakeholder Audit / Analysis (CME03) – Who are the key players in your organization, and how will they be influenced, and influence the change project? It is important to identify the key stakeholders before a change programme is initiated.  This will allow you to understand the needs and concerns of the key pressure groups both internal and external to your organizations.
