      Knowledge Management

Whether your focus is on knowledge capture, dissemination, or creation we at KROBUS will help define the right knowledge strategy for your organization. Many organizations lose knowledge because they focus on the wrong mechanisms for managing knowledge across their business. Due to the complexity of organizations the way in which knowledge is created, shared, disseminated, and applied will vary. We at KROBUS believe that organizations therefore, need to evaluate their knowledge strategy and management systems based on the knowledge habits at different key points or areas across the business.
