Organizational Change Roadmap (OCE01)– Making sure proactive change is identified and implemented in line with your core organization’s strategy. The key is to define and drive change that is sustainable, and takes cognisance of existing cultural and social structures. The road map will provide the organization with an overview of the key steps necessary in implementing to required change, the key negative impact issues expected, the key stake holders involved, and the time line for implementing the change.
Organization Structure Analysis (OCE02)– Provide your organization with an overview of how your organization needs to change in order to best support your organizations changing objectives. The analysis will provide information on what the perceived key barriers to change will be, and which stake holders will need to be considered as key partners for change. The analysis will also review your communications system and make necessary recommendations to ensure the system helps ensure change is effectively communicated.

Our focus will be to ensure the communication system provides a two-way communication path, thus providing the senior management team with a means of picking up on issues and potential problems as soon as possible.
Innovation Programme Development (OCE04)– How does your organization foster innovation amongst your employees? We can help develop an innovation programme across your organization. We will embed the innovations programme within the organizations culture, and help develop and identify the necessary mechanisms in order to do so.
Industrial Relations Management (OCE05)– The process of change can be unsettling for everyone. Therefore, we can provide you with assistance in ensuring industrial relations do not become a key stumbling block in implementing change. We can help ensure you put your people at the centre of your change initiative and get the necessary employee buy-in.
Change Agent / Project Management (OCE06)– We can provide a Change Management Professional to act as a change agent within your organization. This individual will have extensive experience in managing complex and hard change projects across complex organizations.
Disaster Recovery Planning (OCE06) – Disasters can and do impact organizations. The question is if your organization is impacted by an unforeseen disaster, how can you reduce the knock-on impact to your customers? We can help by developing your organizations disaster recovery plan.
