      Supply Chain Optimisation (SCME01) – We will initiate a process for identifying and implementing continuous process improvement across your core supply chain processes.  Our approach to optimisation is based on  ensuring a continuous and sustained level of improvement across your supply chain.

      Process Audit (SCME02) – How do your organization’s core process components connect together along your main supply chain processes? We will review and where necessary map your core processes in order to identify areas for potential performance improvement.

      Knowledge / information Audit (SCME03) – How does information flow along and around your core supply chain process? Are the right people getting access to information as and when it’s needed? We will audit your core processes to determine where information / knowledge is being restricted, delayed, or distorted.  Through ensuring accurate and expedient information and knowledge transfer your management systems can become more responsive to changes in your supply chain’s operating parameters.

      Organizational Re-structuring (SCME04) – How is your organization aligned to support your supply chain requirements?  Using Social Network Analysis we will review how your organization is mapped around your core processes and assess how best to use your people to optimize your supply chain’s end-to-end performance.

      Management System Implementation (SCME05) – We will develop an end-to-end supply chain management system that ensures your KPIs are identified and measured along your supply chain. We will also ensure the right key personnel , information flows, and feedback mechanisms are identified and embedded as part on the management system.

      Six Sigma System Implementation (SCME06) – Our team can help develop and implement a Six Sigma quality management system to ensure you are measuring the most appropriate performance indicators.

      Project Management (SCME07) – Our team can provide you with project management expertise. Our project management approach subscribes to the PRINCE2 method.
